Lamont Mignott is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, one of the nation’s premier law schools. Lamont specializes in family law, civil litigation, real estate litigation and probate matters. Lamont has represented hundreds of clients in divorce, paternity, child support, custody, domestic violence, marital agreements, modification, and enforcement related matters. Lamont also represents clients with corporate and personal contract matters, and has extensive experience litigating civil disputes.
Lamont is an active member in the community, who believes in using his legal skills to empower the less fortunate. Each year he volunteers at the No More Broken Heart Domestic Violence Workshop, where he helps bring awareness about domestic violence and human trafficking in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Mignott is also a active member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association Put Something Back Program, which provides pro bono legal services to low income families who need legal assistance but lack resources to obtain those services.
